Linseed oil is obtained from the seed of the flax plant, Linum usitatissimum, which is grown in several areas around the world, such as Canada, Argentina and Europe. Refined linseed oil comes in alkali refined linseed oil, acid refined linseed oil, boiled linseed oil or oxidised linseed oil. The raw oil is obtained by either pressing (expelled oil) or by pressing followed by solvent extraction (extracted oil). Linseed oil is classed as a drying oil and therefore has a variety of surface coating applications. It is also a major raw material for many other processed products.

We supply Linseed oil in Raw, Refined (Acid or Alkali), Boiled or Oxidised form. World-wide exported in bulk 20' containers packed in 195 kg drums or tankers.
